PhaseOne Communications Makes Charitable Donation To Susan G. Komen For The Cure
LOS ANGELES — In observance of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, PhaseOne Communications, a Los Angeles based research consultancy, is pleased to announce that it has donated $4,300 to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Los Angeles County Affiliate.
“On behalf of our entire team at PhaseOne Communications, we are honored to contribute to the very important task and mission that Komen shepherds to raise awareness for early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer,” said Jody Moxham, PhaseOne Communications chairman and CEO. “With millions of women and their families affected each year, we hope to serve as an example by encouraging other businesses and individuals to support this educational effort,” she added.
“Thanks to charitable-minded companies such as PhaseOne Communications, the Los Angeles County Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure has been able to contribute nearly $7 million in community grants for breast cancer education, screening, treatment, and support services,” said Joanna Morales, interim executive director. “We rely on the assistance of our corporate partners to continue to provide services to Los Angeles County.”
